MRI的FLAIR序列在颅内出血中的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 评价 MRI的液体衰减反转恢复序列 ( FLAIR)在颅内出血中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析 2 8例颅内出血患者 MRI常规序列及 FLAIR序列图像表现。其中脑内出血 2 3例 ,合并蛛网膜下腔出血 1 2例 ,合并脑室出血 4例 ;硬膜下出血 3例 ;肿瘤出血 2例。全部患者均在发病后 3~ 1 0天内行 MR检查。结果 硬膜下出血 ,MR常规扫描及 FLAIR序列均可清晰显示 ,两者之间无显著差异 ;在鉴别亚急性期脑实质内出血是否为肿瘤出血时 ,FLAIR序列具有一定诊断价值 (血肿周围低信号环 ) ;FLAIR序列在显示急性蛛网膜下腔出血和脑室出血中明显优于常规 SE序列。结论  FLAIR序列在显示急性蛛网膜下腔出血和脑室出血中 ,具有可靠的诊断价值 ; Objective To evaluate the application of fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) MR imaging in diagnosing of intracranial hemorrhage. Methods The MRI were retrospectively reviewed with FLAIR sequence of 28 patients with intracranial hemorrhage,including 23 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage with 12 cases of intraarachnoid hemorrhage and 3 cases of subdural hemorrhage ,2 cases of All the images were between tested by MRI 3~10 d after icuts. Results There was no significant difference between FLAIR sequence and SE sequence in subdural hemorrhage.In subacute intraparenchymal hemorrhage, both sequences showed high signal intensity.But a low signal ring around the hemorrhage could be seen on FLAIR sequence, and this ring was not seen in intratumor hemorrhage.In acute subarachnoid hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage FLAIR sequence showed clearly high signal intensity and the SE sequence showed little change of signal intensity of CSF. Conclusion FLAIR sequences reliably provide diagnostic images in patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage.
