摘要
针对现有武器维修备件分类方法的不足,提出一种采用层次分析法和重要度原理对备件分类存储进行建模的方法。利用备件重要度对维修备件进行分类和确定维修的最佳服务水平,同时利用维修备件的损耗规律来建立数学模型,确定维修条件的服务水平,通过维修条件的服务水平和最佳服务水平的关系来最终确定最佳储备定额,做到合理储备备件。实例分析证明:该方法能提高备件储备定额的有效性和精确度,对维修工作有一定的指导意义。
Aimed at the shortage of classification methods used in classifying weapons maintenance spare parts, a modeling method using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the importance principle was put forwards to classify and store the spare parts. Use importance degree to classify spares and determine the best service level. At the same time, a mathematical model using the loss law of maintenance spares was established and the service level of the maintenance condition was determined. Finally, the best reserve quota was determined depend on relationship between the maintenance condition and the best service level, so that reserving a reasonable amount of the spare parts. By means of analyzing an actual case, it was shown that this method can improve the effectiveness and accuracy rate of the spare reserve quota, and it provides maintenance work with reference.
