摘要
针对难以直接检测实际航空工业过程中的传感器故障问题,提出一种基于小波变换的传感器故障诊断方法。采用连续小波变换对传感器故障进行检测,准确定位故障发生时刻,并对比不同小波基函数的处理效果,对几种典型的传感器故障进行诊断。选取二阶传感器作为仿真对象,利用Matlab/Simulink搭建模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果验证了该方法的准确性。
Focusing on the difficulty of directly detecting sensor fault in actual aerospace industrial processing, propose a kind of sensor fault diagnosis method based on wavelet transform. Firstly, detect sensor fault by continuous wavelet transform to posit fault time accurately. Then, make a contrast about the processing consequences of different wavelet basis function and diagnose some typical kinds of sensor fault. Finally, establish a second order sensor model to verify control performance through Matlab/Simulink. The results of modeling and simulation show that the method is feasible and reasonable.
