摘要
利用pNP法测定了夏茶叶内的β 葡萄糖苷酶活性 ,同时通过GC分析法测定了夏茶叶内 17种醇系香气的游离量和结合态香气量。夏茶中结合态香气总量远远高于游离香气量。遮荫及有机肥为基肥的处理均能大幅度提高夏茶叶片中 β 葡萄糖苷酶的活性 ,其中遮荫处理的效果明显优于有机肥处理 ,且二者的效果存在着明显的叠加作用。β 葡萄糖苷酶活性高的处理游离香气量相应较高 ,而结合态香气量相应较少。遮荫及有机肥处理后 ,夏茶中芳樟醇、香叶醇等游离香气量的增加较为明显 。
