穗花杉扦插繁殖育苗技术研究

Cuttage and Seedling Nursery Techniques of Amentotaxus angotaenia

用1-3年生穗花杉枝条进行扦插繁育试验,以ABT-2号生根粉200 mg/kg浸泡2 h,采用自动喷灌设施和温湿度数字监测仪,控制苗床相对湿度80%以上,气温30℃以下,遮光率70%,在珍珠岩基质、粗沙基质的苗床上分别取得扦插生根率73.5%和70.0%。

The 1~3 years Amentotaxus angotaenia branches were used for cutting breeding test,it soaked 2 hours with 200 mg/ kg ABT-2,the automatic sprinkler irrigation facilities and digital monitors temperature and humidity were used,the relative humidity,temperature,shading rate of seedbed was kept at 80%,under 30 ℃,70%,respectively,the cutting rooting rate in the seedbed of perlite matrix,coarse sand matrix were obtained at 73.5% and 70.0%,respectively.
