摘要
研究了茶多酚对C BSA和Masugi肾炎模型及水负荷家兔的疗效。结果表明 :茶多酚高(30 6mg/kg)、中 (10 2mg/kg)、低 (34mg/kg)剂量都明显降低两种肾炎模型兔的尿蛋白、血清肌酐及尿素氮含量 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;降低C BSA肾炎兔的血清循环免疫复合物 (CIC)含量 (P <0 0 5) ;减轻肾小球肿胀、细胞增生、血栓形成及白细胞浸润 ,修复肾小球病理改变。茶多酚对水负荷兔有明显的利尿作用 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。茶多酚的上述效果强于对照 (地塞米松或氢氯噻嗪 ) 。
The effects of tea polyphenols on kidney disorder of rabbit were investigated Results showed that tea polyphenols in different doses (higher dose 306 mg/kg; middle dose 102 mg/kg; lower dose 34 mg/kg) reduced the urine protein, serum creatinine and serum nitrogen ( P <0 05 or P <0 01); alleviated the swelling, cells proliferation, thrombosis and leukocyte infiltration of nephritic tubule; repaired the pathological change in the nephritic tubule; decreased the contents of circling immunity complex(CIC, P <0 05) These effects were similar to those of the DSMS, and even better than those for the higher dose tea polyphenols treatment Tea polyphenols significantly favoured the urine excretion of over watered rabbits All these functions were remarkable different between the treatment of tea polyphenols in higher dose and lower dose, and showed a significant dose effect relationship The results showed the evidence in the therapy of kidney disorder with tea polyphenols
