茶提物具有醒酒作用。能显著缩短小鼠酒醉时间 ,减少酒醉小鼠只数。茶提物组小鼠的酒醉时间 (781 0± 114 5)比生理盐水组 (5550 0± 92 4 1)显著缩短 (P <0 0 1) ,且茶提物组 30min、 6 0min、 90min各测得的血浆乙醇浓度均低于生理盐水组 (P <0 0 1) 。

Tea extracts can shorten the time of alcoholic drunk and decreased the number of mice in alcoholic drunk It promoted the alcoholic metabolism in plasm of mice ( P <0 01) So, the tea extracts can dispel the effect of alcohol on mice
