摘要
依据顶层设计理论,结合高分子材料与工程专业特点,确立了市场经济条件下的高分子材料专业应用型与研究型并行的人才培养目标,构建了三阶段"2+1+1"人才目标培养模式.教学实践表明,这种新型的人才培养模式既可以培养研究生教育阶段的优质生源,也可以培养社会需要的适应面广的创新复合型人才.
Under the condition of market economy, polymer materials and engineering talent cultivation goal that educates applied and reaserch talents was designed according to the top-down design theory and subject characteristis, and established three stages of "2+1+1" education mode. Practice shows that this new type of talent cultivation mode can become a graduate education stage of the high quality students, can also become a social need adaptation of wide range of innovative talents.
