以产学研为依托,将生产、教学和科研三者有机地结合起来,探索实用生物技术人才培养模式,对高技能实用型人才的培养从人才培养体系、基地建设、师资队伍建设等诸多方面进行全面的改革,旨在提高生物类人才培养的质量.
Based on production education and research, combining production education and research effectively, explore the training mode of talents in the field of biotechnology. Some reformation such as high skill talents training system, base construction and construction of teaching were carried out, aims to improve the quality of cultivation on biology talent.
