摘要
提出一种基于菲涅耳衍射的测量三维绝对位置坐标的新方法.该方法通过对物波的菲涅耳衍射强度图样进行数字处理,提取多针孔板上测量孔位置处的相位信息,利用寻找设定参数的极值点来确定待测点的绝对位置坐标,介绍了该方法的测量原理,并且通过计算机模拟实验证明了它的可行性.此方法不需要任何相移装置,对环境要求低,为实现三维绝对坐标测量提供一种新的选择.
We propose a method for absolute coordinate measurement based on Fresnel diffraction. In this method, a Fresnel diffraction intensity pattern of the object wave passed through a specially designed sampling array is recorded and the phase value of the object wave can be extracted through some digital processing in computer. We can obtain the absolute coordinate of the object by searching the position of the maximum value of the criterion function. This paper introduces the measuring principle of the method and shows some simulated results. As this method does not need any iterative algorithm and phase - shift algorithm, it provides a promising approach for absolute coordinate measurement.
