论以“可雇佣性”为导向的旅游管理课程设置

摘要 培养学生的可雇佣性对旅游管理大学毕业生就业具有十分重要的意义,结合培养学生可雇佣性的要求,从提升学生可雇佣技能、满足雇主需求、实践教学体系改革等方面综合探讨旅游管理课程设置。 Enhancing employability is of much significance for graduates to hunt jobs.Combined with requirements of students' employability,proposes the potential accesses to improve the tourism manegement curriculum arrangement,such as improving students’ employability,meeting employer’s demand,reforming practice education system.
