天津市高校科技状况的分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on Science and Technology Situation of Colleges and Universities in Tianjin

文章对天津市 2 0所高校 1 991～ 1 998年的科技统计情况进行了分析 ,得出我市高校 8a以来在科技人员、科技经费、科技课题投入以及科技产出等方面的变化情况 ,客观分析了取得的成绩和存在的问题 ,提出了强化科研的目的意识。

The thesis gives a statistics and analysis of science and technology situation of twenty colleges and universities in Tianjin from 1991 to 1998,and describes the change of investment in scientific research personnel, scientific research expenditure and scientific research item, also the output of science and technology. Then it offers some proposals , for example, raising aim consciousness of scientific research, regulating management policy of scientific research, strengthening relation between scientific research institutions and society, etc.
