摘要
民族师范院校具有"民族"和"师范"的双重特性,其英语教师需要具备不同于其他普通院校英语教师的专业素养和"本地"实践知识,这种素养和知识的习得只靠外在的培训是无法实现的。鉴于此,旨在培养教师的自我发展能力的反思性教学将是这些学校英语教师专业发展的必然选择。
Since normal universities for nationalities have dual characteristics of the 'nation' and 'normal',their English teachers should have the different professionalism and practical knowledge from that of the English teachers of other ordinary universities.This literacy and knowledge can not be achieved by external training.In view of this,the reflective teaching,with the aim of developing teachers' self-development capacity,will be the inevitable choice for the professional development of the English teachers of these normal universities.
