2009年～2011年泰州市人民医院病案复印情况的分析

Analysis of Medical Records Copy from Taizhou People’s Hospital during 2009 to 2011

目的调查分析泰州市人民医院病案复印的现状和目的,以进一步规范病案管理,提高病案质量,充分发挥病案的社会价值。方法收集整理2009年～2011年泰州市人民医院申请复印病案的资料并进行相关统计分析。结果我院三年间共复印病案8027人次,占住院病案的6.5%;复印病案用于办理报销的数量占第一位,且保险理赔、司法鉴定的数量亦不断增加;申请复印者以患者方面最多。结论病案复印需求不断增加,服务对象广泛,应严格落实《医疗机构病历管理规定》,加强病案管理,提高病案质量,改善病案复印工作理念,使病案信息最大限度的为社会服务;应培养全方位的病案管理人员,加强法律知识学习,以满足医疗改革的需要。

As the copied records requirements continue to increase and wide service, we should strictly implement the regulations on the management of medical institutions pathology, strengthening medical record management, increasing the quality of the medical record and improving the concept of the duplication of medical records, in order to maximize the medical record information service to the community; Also we should cultivate a full range of medical record administrator and strengthen legal knowledge in order to meet the needs of health care reform.
