摘要
对人工授精大银鱼卵的胚胎发育的观察表明:在水温7±1℃条件下,大银鱼胚胎发育历时894h。仔鱼孵出6—8d后卵黄囊消失,进入外源性营养阶段。非受精卵发育到原肠期死亡,原肠晚期是计算受精率的可靠时间。
