摘要
通过文献资料法,整理分析了拉伸对人体运动能力的影响,发现拉伸对人体五项运动素质,即速度、力量、柔韧、耐力、灵敏,都具有积极的作用。并对人体各部位的拉伸方法及拉伸的原则进行了归纳总结。以使人们对拉伸有进一步的了解,并更好地将其应用于体育运动,发挥拉伸在人体运动中的作用。
Through the literature material law,the effect of stretch on human movement ability is collected and analyzed. Found that stretch has a positive impact on five human body movement qualities.The methods and principles of stretch to different parts of human body are also summarized. In order to know more about stretch,make it get better application in sports and play the role in the human movement.
