广东省青少年后备人才培养现状及其可持续发展对策研究

Research about the Current Situation and Sustainable Development Countermeasure of Teenage Reserve Talent in Guangdong province

竞技体育可持续发展的基础是竞技体育后备人才的培养。广东省是全国改革的前沿阵地,也是我国传统竞技体育强省。运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对广东省竞技后备人才的培养现状进行分析找出存在的主要问题,以竞技后备人才的制度创新和体制改革为主要切入点,提出相应的对策。

The sustainable development of competitive sports is based on the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sport. Guangdong province is the forefront of the reform and the traditional competitive sports strong province in China.I use the method of literature data,interviewed method to analysis the present situation of reserve talents of competitive sports in Guangdong province and find out the main problems.I put forward corresponding countermeasure which is based on the system innovation and reform of reserve talents in competitive sports.
