摘要
选用 32头 36± 2日龄杜洛克仔猪 ,按性别、体重分为对照组和试验组。对照组添加 10 0mg/kg阿散酸和 15mg/kg硫酸抗敌素 ,试验组添加 0 .2 %百福素 (Ⅲ )。 36d的饲养试验表明 :1) 0 .2 %百福素 (Ⅲ )提高断奶仔猪日增重 19.88% (P <0 .0 1) ,提高采食量 18.0 4 % (P >0 .0 5) ,降低料重比 2 .2 0 % (P >0 .0 5)。 2 ) 0 .2 %百福素 (Ⅲ )降低断奶仔猪腹泻发病率 4 6 .7个百分点 ,降低腹泻频率77.88% (接近于P <0 .0 5)。 3) 0 .2 %百福素 (Ⅲ )能够显著提高经济效益 。
We conducted a 36 days experiment involving 32 pigs weaned at 36 days of age to assess the effect of B.L. FOS(Ⅲ) in diets.The control group diet was a corn soybean diet with 15 mg/kg colistin sulphate and 100 mg/kg acidum arsanicum while the trial group diet was a corn soybean diet with 0.2% B.L. FOS(Ⅲ).The 0.2% level of B.L. FOS(Ⅲ) improved ADG and DFI by 19.88% ( P <0.01),18.04% ( P >0.05) respectively.The 0.2% level of B.L. FOS(Ⅲ) reduced feed to gain ratio,diarrhea rate and diarrhea frequency by 2.20%( P >0.05),46.7 percents and 77.88% (nearly P <0.05) respectively.The 0.2% leval of B.L. FOS(Ⅲ) enhanced the economic benefits significantly and reduced the risk of production.
