摘要
用bar基因通过基因枪法轰击春江 0 3粳、嘉 59、武育粳 3号等未成熟胚 ,得到抗除草剂Basta转基因株 ,经加代和选育获得抗除草剂的直播稻品系TR3,TR5和TR8,对转基因株后代 (T1,T2 )和TR3,TR5,TR8的遗传分析表明 ,其抗除草剂特性均由一对显性基因控制 ,符合孟德尔遗传规律。比较转基因直播稻品系与受体亲本农艺性状的差异 ,发现bar基因对转基因水稻的农艺性状影响较小。转基因直播稻田除草去杂结果表明 ,用除草剂Basta能有效地杀灭田间全部杂草和杂稻。
Immature embryos of rice varieties Chunjiang 03 jing, Jia 59 and Wuyujing 3 were transformed with bar gene via particle bombardment. Herbicide resistant transgenic rice plantlets were obtained. The stable herbicide resistant transgenic direct seeded rice lines TR3, TR5 and TR8 were consecutively selected from the self pollinated progenies of above transformed plants. Genetic analysis of the transgenic self pollinated progenies (T 1,T 2) and the stable transgenic rice lines TR3,TR5 and TR8 demonstrated that their herbicide resistance were controlled by a pair of dominant gene and accorded with Mendalian segregation. Through comparing the difference of agronomic characters between transgenic direct seeded rice lines and receptor parents, it was discovered that there is less influence by bar gene in agronomic characters of transgenic rice lines. The result of weeding in direct seeded rice field demonstrated that herbicide Basta can kill weeds and mixed rice plants of the field effectively.
