摘要
沪杭铁路复线63号桥跨度、高度均较大,顶进通过新老两种线路,且顶进后背位于河道中,施工中必须采取有效措施以确保线路安全及顶进工作的顺利进行。在具体施工中,采用了把滑板与后背梁连成一体的整体式后背结构,同时为充分发挥围堰的作用,将围堰与后背土体合为一体,解决了河中顶桥无后背的困难,减少了临时工程量。介绍了整体式后背结构构造及受力计算、顶进施工中各项技术措施等。可供类似工程参考借鉴。
Owing to the fact that both the spanning distance and height of the 63th Bridge of the complex line of the Shanghai- Hangzhou Railway are comparatively great,the jack-in operation involves both the old and the new railway lines,and the back section is to be jacked-in in the river,effective measures have to taken in the course 'of the construction to ensure the safety of both the railway lines and the successful completion of the jack-in operation. In the specific construction of the project, the integrated back structure made up of the slide plate and the back beam is adopted. Meanwhile,to give full play to the functions of the cofferdam,the cofferdam is integrated with the back soil body into a whole so as to solve the problem of having no back while jacking-in a bridge in a river,and reduce the amounts of temporary works. The structural composition of and the calculation of the forces acting onto the integrated back structure, and the various technical measures adopted in the jack-in construction are introduced in the paper,which may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
