摘要
根据某铁路客专(80+128+80)m连续梁施工三角形挂篮的设计实例,阐述了三角形挂篮主桁在设计过程中的要点,并通过Midas/Civil程序对结构进行空间建模分析计算,模拟分析了挂篮各工况各杆件的应力,准确确定整体变形情况,降低了计算难度,增强了计算分析的系统性和准确性。该项技术在挂篮、托架等施工非标准设备设计中具有很高的推广应用价值。
With the design of the triangular hanging basket for the construction of the (80+128+80)m continuos beam of a certain passengers-oriented railway as a practical example, the important points for attention in the course of designing the main truss for the hanging baskets are dealt with in the paper,with a space model established and analyzed by means of the Midas/ Civil program. The stresses of the various members of the hanging basket in different construction conditions are simulated and analyzed, which helps accurately determine the deformation of the whole structure, reduce the difficulty in the calculations, and improve the systematism and accuracy of the computation and analyses. The technique discussed here is of much value in popu- larization in the the design of non-standard equipments such as hanging baskets, backets, etc.
