摘要
对福建省根结线虫病区中卵囊真菌分离结果表明 ,真菌在卵囊的定殖率为 81.0 % ,具有生防活性作用的有益真菌比率为 36 .9%。其中 ,木霉菌、粉红粘帚霉和淡紫拟青霉 3种真菌在根结线虫防治及促番茄生长效果显著 ,试管试验防效分别为 82 .6 %、 75.0 %和 82 .6 % ,盆栽试验防效分别为 55.3%、 50 .0 %和 6 2 .5% ,栽后 6 0 d处理番茄的株高比对照分别增加 5.7cm、 4 .9cm和 4 .6 cm。
In root knot of nematode disease areas of Fujian Province,egg mass fungi were separated,the results showed that average percentage of the fungi associated with egg mass was 81 0%,selection percentage of beneficial fungi with biocontrolling activities was 36 9% Among these fungi, Trichoderma spp、 Gliocladium roseum and Paecilomyces lilacinus made marked efficiency of controlling to Meloidogyne sp and promoting the growth of tomatoes In tube tests,their efficiency of controlling were 55 3% 、50 0% and 62 5% respectively, and in plot tests, their efficiency of controlling was 55 3%、50 0% and 62 5% respectively Comparing to CK,the highness of the handled tomatoes had been.Increased 57 cm、4 9cm and 4 6cm after 60 d respectively
