摘要
用不同浓度 PP3 3 3 溶液对溪蜜柚大枝及叶片进行喷布处理 ,取叶样制作石蜡切片观察其组织结构 ,同时用电导法测不同低温下叶片细胞膜伤害率 ,1a后对树体枝梢生长情况调查结果表明 ,PP3 3 3 处理可使溪蜜柚叶片上、下表皮细胞层数 ,栅状组织层数增加 ,厚度增大 (海绵组织厚度变化不明显 ) ,叶片厚度及叶片组织结构紧密度分别比对照增加 2 0 .36 %~ 37.71%和 11.55~17.96个百分点 ;细胞膜伤害率显著降低 ,抗寒性增强 ;PP3 3 3 处理缩短了新梢长度、节间长度 ,增加了新梢粗度。 750~ 10 0 0 mg· L-1的 PP3 3 3
Leaves and large shoots of Ganxi pummelo were sprayed with PP 333 solution at different concentrations. Paraffin wax sections of leaves were made to observe tissue structure, at the same time cell membrane injury percentage(CMIP) under low temperature was tested by electric conductinity method, the situation of shoot growth was surveyed after a year.Results showed that cell layers of epidermis cell and palisade tissue increased, consequently, their thickness enhanced (However, PP 333 didn't significantly affect the thickness of spongy tissue).Thickness of leaf and tissue tense ratio(TTR),were 20 36%-37 71% and 11 55-17 96 point of percentage increased,respectively.CMIP was markedly decreased and cold resistance was increased.PP 333 inhibited shoot length and internode length, but increased shoot thickness.The treatment of 750-1000 mg·L -1 PP 333 ws optimum one to control vegatative growth of pummelo in the production practice.
