中国百强县(市)时空演变特征与影响机制分析

Analysis of the temporal-spatial variation of top 100 counties in China and its impacting mechanism

为探究县域经济的演变机制,文中以中郡县域经济研究所发布的第1届、第5届、第10届中国百强县为基本区域单元,借鉴市场潜能等方法,对百强县的时空演变特征与影响机制进行了初步分析。研究结果显示:沿海地区的区位优势明显;沿海经济开始向内陆辐射,鼓励"中部地区崛起"的政策效应初步显现;与大都市的空间距离仍是经济强县崛起的重要因素之一,而且其重要性在增加;地区性因素、市场潜能也是经济强县的成长因素之一。基于此,提出了若干对策建议。

Based on the 1^st, 5^th, 10^th China top 100 counties released by Zhongjun County Economic Research In- stitute as the basic regional unit, we studied the temporal-spatial variation of Chinese top 100 counties and its impacting mechanism. The results show as follows： coastal areas have obvious location advantages;coastal econo- my begins to radiate to the inland counties, which confirms that ＂rising of middle area＂ policy begins to show ef- fects;the distance to metropolis is still an important factor affecting the rising of the strong counties, and its im- portance is increasing now;the market potential and the regional factors are also important to the strong county＇s economic growth. Based on the above analysis, a number of countermeasures are proposed.
