摘要
从住房供应的源头土地供应出发,运用多元线性回归分析方法,建立城市土地合理供应决策模型,并借助南京市住房市场相关数据对城市土地年度合理供应量进行预测分析。
According to the urban land supply, a model of urban land reasonable supply decision is established by the method of multiple linear regressions. With the data of housing output market in Nanjing, the land reason- able supply is predicted.
