摘要
高校科研成果转化是一项系统工程,从项目立项到成果转化成功形成产业并产生经济效益需要通过很多环节。高校科研成果转化率偏低既有体制、政策等社会大环境的因素,也有每个参与人自身的原因。从人的角度分析了政府、高校、企业等高校科研成果转化中各个密切相关的环节中的领导者和科技人员存在的影响转化率的因素,针对影响成果转化率人的因素提出了相应的对策。
University scientific and technical achievements transformation is a systematic project from the implementation of the scientific research project to the success of the achievements industrial transformation and generates economic benefits.Both system,policy,social environmental and each participants caused the low transformation rate of university’s scientific research achievements transformation.The paper analyzed the factors that influence transformation rate,in which government,universities,enterprise’s leaders and scientists are all involved,and proposed some solutions that affect the transformation rate of the human factor.
