摘要
十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)结果表明:草鱼出血病病毒854株基因组由11个分段的核酸片段组成,总分子量约为14.46×10~6道尔顿。其中最大片段的分子量约为2.45×10~6道尔顿;最小片段的分子量约为0.38×10~6道尔顿。其基因组核酸片段电泳图谱具有病毒株的特异性.核酸酶敏感性试验表明该病毒的核酸为RNA。
