摘要
芬兰高等教育部门在博洛尼亚进程的推动下,依法建立学生参与高等教育评估机制。芬兰大学生不仅参与质量评估决策与规划,提供教育质量信息,还参加院校内部评估,甚至还以评估组成员的身份参与外部评估。总之,为了维护学生的利益诉求,芬兰高等教育部门树立了主体参与性的质量理念,确立了平等的师生伙伴关系,建立了全面、全过程的参与机制,构建了多元化的持续合作框架。
Higher education sectors in Finland have established mechanisms of student involvement in quality assessment of higher education according to acts and decrees under the influence of Bologna Process.Students can participate in quality decision-making,submit quality information,take part in internal evaluation of higher education institutions,and even attend institutional audit team as the role of a member.In a word,higher education sectors have formulated participatory quality conception,built equal partner relationship between faculty and students,established a full participation mechanism of quality assurance and constructed a multiple continuing co-operation framework in Finnish higher education for the sake of students.
