刘子载的德育思想及其历史价值

Moral Education Thought of Liu Zizai and Its Historical Contribution

作为大学德育史上的主要人物,刘子载的德育思想是在1955年全国高等工业学校、综合大学校(院)长座谈会这一关键会议系统总结的,是通过《关于高等学校的政治思想教育工作》这一重要文献全面阐发的。他的德育思想,以贯彻全面发展教育方针为指导思想,以与资产阶级争夺青年为现实基础,以政治理论课为主导渠道,以所有教师负有育人职责为基本要求,以改进大学生课外活动增强其思想性为有效途径。作为毛泽东思想的组成部分,刘子载德育思想成为新中国建立后至改革开放前这一段历史时期的理论认识高峰。

As an important figure in the history of moral education in university,Liu Zizai's ideology of moral education was abstracted from the critical symposium in 1955of presidents from the industrial colleges and universities,which was fully developed from the important literature of On the Work of Political Ideological Education in Higher Education.His ideology of moral education takes the implementation of fully developing education as guiding ideology,regards vying for young generation with bourgeoisie as realistic basis,considers political ideological course as main means,treats education responsibility of all the teachers as basic requirement,and makes improvement of university students'after-class activities as to strengthen their ideological elements as effective way.As an important component of Mao Zedong thought,Liu's moral ideology reaches the recognition climax theoretically in the period from the foundation of the new China to the beginning of the reform and opening-up.
