探讨心肺复苏成功的关键

目的探讨心肺复苏的成功的关键。方法回顾性分析该院2008年5月—2012年11月老年科及重症监护室中老年心脏骤停与心脏性猝死的100例患者的完整资料,该100例患者在对基础疾病进行规范的抢救治疗时,突发心脏骤停或心脏性猝死,立即进行规范的基础心肺复苏[1]及高级生命支持。结果心肺复苏成功(标准为存活>24h)80例占80%。失败(标准为存活<24h)20例占20%。结论及时有效循环血容量复苏是心肺复苏成功的关键。

Objective To explore the key to the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008—2012 November elderly subjects and ICU data integrity in elderly cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death in 100 patients with a case, on the basis of disease for salvage therapy, sudden cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death, immediately conduct basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced life support. Results The successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation （ 24 standard for the survival of 80 cases accounted for 80% hours ）. Failure （ standard for survival of 24 hour ） in 20 cases 20%. Conclusion Prompt effective circulating blood volume resuscitation is the key of the success of resuscitation
