摘要
目的探讨医护同组工作模式的护理效果。方法根据该院情况和护士的知识、技能、性格特点等与医生进行合理分配同组负责患者。随机抽样调查患者及家属、同组医生对护理工作的满意度,对比实施医护同组工作模式前后护理工作满意度的变化,评价前后的护理效果。结果实施医护同组工作模式后,患者和医生对护理工作的满意度显著提高(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生率显著降低,同时护士的专科业务能力、综合素质均得到了提升。结论实施医护同组工作模式后提高了护理质量,护士整体素质得到了提升,增加了医护患和谐,降低了医患纠纷的发生率,使医疗资源优化发挥,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing of medical group work mode effect. Methods According to my family and the nurse's knowledge and skills, personality characteristics and the doctor made a reasonable distribution group is responsible for the patient. Random sampling survey patients and their family members, and group doctors to the satisfaction of nursing work, compared to implement medical group work mode before and after the change of nursing job satisfaction, and evaluate the effect of nursing before and after. The results Results After implementation of the medical group work mode, patients and doctors to nursing work satisfaction significantly increased (P0.05), the incidence of nursing adverse events significantly reduced, and at the same time, the nurse specialized business ability, comprehensive quality are improved. Conclusion After implementation of the medical group work mode improved the quality of nursing and nurse overall quality improved and increased health care with harmony, reduced the incidence of medical disputes, the medical resources optimization play, it is worth for spreading application.
