鼻内镜下两种钩突切除治疗慢性鼻窦炎的对比研究

The Comparative Study On Two Hook Process Resection Under The Nasal endoscopic in The Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨研究慢性鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜下两种钩突切除治疗的临床效果。方法该研究对2010年3月—2011年5月该医院收治的56例慢性鼻窦炎患者进行随机分组,治疗组患者应用摇门式钩突切除进行治疗,对照组患者应用传统钩突切除进行治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果所有患者经治疗后,治疗组中有1例患者出现鼻泪管损伤的并发症,对照组患者中5例患者发生眶部脂肪暴露的并发症,3例患者发生鼻泪管损伤的并发症。其余患者均治愈出院。结论两种方法均可治疗慢性鼻窦炎疾病,但是传统钩突切除术的并发症比较多,明显高于摇门式钩突切除术。

Objective Study on clinical effect of patients with chronic sinusitis implied the two hook process resection under the nasal endoscopic treatment. Methods The 56 cases patients with chronic sinusitis come to the hospital in March 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group patients applied the swinging door type hook process resection treatment, patients in control group used the traditional hook process resection treatment, and make a comparative analysis on the effects of the two kinds of treatment. Results After the treatment, there are one patient in the treatment group appeared nasolacrimal duct injury complications, five cases in control group showed up orbital fat exposure complications, and three cases turned up nasolacrimal duct injury complications. The rest of the patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Both the two methods can treat chronic sinusitis disease, but traditional hook process lead to more complications, and obviously higher than that of the swinging door type hook process resection.
