89例脑动脉瘤临床治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨不同方法治疗脑动脉瘤的疗效,为今后更好地治疗脑动脉瘤提供参考依据。方法对该院89例脑动脉瘤患者进行回顾性分析,分为两组,对患者进行脑动脉瘤夹闭术的患者41例(开颅组),采用血管内介入栓塞术治疗的患者48例(介入组),对两个组的患者术后疗效进行统计分析,并加以比较。结果通过对两组疗效进行对比分析,介入治疗组的临床疗效更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入栓塞术治疗法的疗效更为显著,值得推广和研究。

Objective Study of different methods in treatment of cerebral aneurysms an efficacy, better for the future treatment of cerebral aneurysms with reference. Methods 89 cases of patients with cerebral aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed, divided into two groups, were performed on patients with cerebral aneurysm clipping （ 41 patients with craniotomy group）, The introduction of endovascular embolization in treatment of 48 patients （Intervention group ）, a group of two patients with postoperative curative effect statistical analysis, and comparison. Results The two groups therapeutic effects were compared, intervention group＇s clinical curative effect is more obvious（P0.05）, The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Interventional embolization therapy more effective, worthy of promotion and research.
