关于良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位的疗效观察

The Observation of Clinical Effect of Manual Reduction for Benign Positional Paroxysmal Vertigo

目的分析关于良性阵发性位置性眩晕的患者经过手法复位治疗后的疗效。方法选取来该院接受良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗的患者100例,根据患者诊断的病情不同分别采用EPLEY耳石复位法、Barbecue翻滚耳石复位法、后半规管Se-mont摆动法以及后半规管嵴顶结石症Brant-Daroff习服治疗。随访1年。结果病情不同的患者经过不同的治疗后均有所恢复,在复查时有些患者也出现了复发的现象,且年龄大的患者出现复发的几率要高。结论对患有良性阵发性位置性眩晕的患者采取手法复位治疗有利于患者的恢复,疗效是值得肯定的,且见效快,方法易操作,在短期内出现复发的可能性较低,是值得在临床中推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of manual reduction for benign positional paroxysmal vertigo. Methods Choosed 100 patients of benign positional paroxysmal vertigo from May. 2008 to Jul. 2011 to treat with particle repositioning maneuver, barbecue roll otolith reset method, posterior semicircular canal semont swing manipulation and posterior semicircular canal ridge top calculus disease Brant - Daroff acclimatization treatment. Follow-up their clinical effect. Results All the patients were cured and some patients were relapsed.
