老年患者在脑外科手术治疗中的舒适护理疗效对比

Elderly Patients in the Department of Cerebral Surgery Operation Treatment of Comfortable Nursing Efficacy Comparison

目的探讨舒适护理在老年患者脑外科手术治疗中的效果观察。方法将180例脑外科手术治疗的老年患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例。对照组实施传统常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理措施。比较两组患者尿潴留、便秘、失眠、腰背部酸胀疼痛的不适症状发生情况。结果观察组在尿潴溜、便秘、失眠、腰痛酸痛等方面效果明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对于脑外科手术的老年患者应实行舒适护理,提高患者的舒适度,有利于减少并发症,使患者身心处于最佳的康复状态。

Objective To explore the comfortable nursing in elderly patients in Department of cerebral surgery operation treatment effect observation. Methods 180 patients of Department of cerebral surgery operation therapy in elderly patients, were randomly di- vided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group. Patients in control group received conventional nursing, observation group implement comfortable nursing measures. Results Of two groups of patients with retention of urine, con- stipation, insomnia, lumbar acid swells pain discomfort symptoms occur, Results： in the observation group, urinary retention, consti- pation, insomnia, low back pain, soreness and was better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion For Department of cerebral surgery operation in elderly patients should implement comfortable nursing care, improve patient comfort, reduce compli- cations. The patients body and mind in the best state of rehabilitation.
