摘要
目的探索脑梗塞患者规范化诊断及治疗。方法对一例丘脑梗塞的患者的发病原因、病理生理机制、危险因素、分层诊断进行分析。结果根据该患者脑梗塞的病因,病理生理机制,危险因素,制订了针对性的治疗方案及二级预防措施,患者病情得到有效治疗。结论依据病因分型进行治疗,能得到较好的疗效。
Objective To study the cerebral infarction patients with standardized diagnosis and treatment. Methods Study on a case of thalamic infarction etiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, hierarchical diagnosis standard analysis follows： According to the patients with cerebral infarction etiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, formulate specific treatment regimens, two grade prevention measures,this patient received the effective treatment. Conclusion On the basis of the etiology of type of treatment, can get better curative effect
