摘要
目的探讨阿伦磷酸盐疗法和甲状腺激素疗法治疗中老年骨质疏松脊椎骨折的不同疗效。方法选取该院中老年骨质疏松致脊柱压缩性骨折患者132例作为研究对象,将这些患者随机分为两组,阿伦磷酸盐治疗组(66例)和甲状腺激素治疗组(66例),对阿伦磷酸盐治疗组采用阿伦磷酸盐联合雌激素进行治疗,对甲状腺激素治疗组采用甲状腺激素联合雌激素进行治疗,并分别观察两组治疗后的疗效。结果阿伦磷酸盐治疗组有效率明显高于甲状腺激素治疗组,并且,阿伦磷酸盐治疗组患者的临床疗效更为明显,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿伦磷酸盐治疗组对脊椎骨折患者的临床疗效更为显著,值得推广和研究。
Objective Combined with clinical experience, discuss Allen phosphate therapy and thyroid hormone therapy in the treatment of senile osteoporosis vertebral fracture with different efficacy. Methods Selected in our hospital senile osteoporosis ver- tebral compression fractures in 132 patients as the object of stndy, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, Allen phos- phate treatment group （66 cases） and thyroid hormone treatment group（66 cases ）, the treatment group used Allen Allen phosphate phosphate combined with estrogen treatment, on the thyroid hormone treatment group were treated with thyroid hormone combined with estrogen for treatment, and the two groups were observed after treatment efficacy. Results Allen phosphate the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of thyroid hormone treatment group, and, Allen phosphate group therapy for patients with clinical curative effect is more obvious （P〈0.05）, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Allen phos- phate treatment group of spinal fractures in patients with clinical curative effect is more notable, is worthy of promotion and research.
