血清干细胞因子(SCF)及其受体c-kit的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 血清干细胞因子(SCF)为一种新型多功能的细胞因子,且其是通过骨髓基质细胞所产生的。c-kit是原癌基因编码的I型跨膜糖蛋白受体。SCF/C-kit是人类多种组织和细胞生长、发育、分化和凋亡的重要调控因子。该文主要对血清干细胞因子(SCF)的分布以及特点、C-kit基因生物学特征、SCF/C-kit支气管哮喘进行综述,为SCF/C-kit的作用机制研究和更好地用于支气管哮喘的治疗提供理论依据。
