基于行业协会的吉林省行业科技信息服务模式探讨

Discussion on the Industrial Scientific and Technical Information Service Mode in Jilin Province Based on Industry Association

随着经济与社会的发展,行业科技信息对于任何一个行业而言都有着非常重要的作用,能否获得全面、高质量的行业科技信息资源直接关系到一个企业、乃至一个行业的整体发展。吉林省是我国重要的工业基地以及商品粮生产基地,探讨与吉林省发展相适应的行业科技信息服务模式具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了吉林省行业科技信息服务现状,然后对以行业协会为平台提供行业科技信息服务的可行性进行了分析,在此基础上提出了基于行业协会的吉林省行业科技信息服务模式以及保障措施。

With the development of economy and society, industrial scientific and technical information has a very important effect for any industry. How to obtain comprehensive and high-quality industrial scientific and technical information resource relates directly to the development of an enterprise and even the whole direct- ly. Jilin Province is an important industrial base in China as well as commodity grain production base, so to ex- plore the industrial scientific and technical information service mode adapted to the development of Jilin province is of great significance. This paper introduces the status quo of industrial scientific and technical information ser- vice in Jilin Province, and then analyzes the feasibility for industry association as a platform to provide indus- trial scientific and technical information service. On this basis, industrial scientific and technical information ser- vice mode in Jilin Province based on industry association is proposed and safeguard measures are put forward.
