管窥自我效能感与学习动机的相互关系——以西安翻译学院学生为例 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在通过对西安翻译学院学生自我效能感与学习动机的研究,探讨激发学生学习动机,提高自我效能感的途径,进而在微观层面上不断推动民办高校的教学质量及办学水平的提高。通过研究发现以下特点:其一,学生的自我效能感与其学习成绩成正比例关系,男生的自我效能感显著高于女生;来自城市和来自农村学生的自我效能感差异不显著。其二,学生的内生学习动机表现为挑战性、热衷性、目标明确性和自我满足四个维度;外生动机表现为关注外界评价、选择简单任务和追求补偿三个维度;自我效能感与内生学习动机显著相关,与外生动机无关。在此基础上,探讨了利用外生动机诸因子激发学生学习动机,提高自我效能感的途径。
