摘要
目的探讨护理干预对颅脑外伤后精神障碍患者临床治疗的影响。方法对38例颅脑外伤伴发精神障碍患者临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果 48例颅脑损伤患者均早期出现不同情况的精神障碍,其中躁狂样表现为25例,抑郁样表现为9例,类似精神分裂症表现为3例,痴呆样表现为11例。结论患者经过精心细致护理,症状基本消失,痊愈出院。采取早期治疗及个性化的护理措施、注重预见性护理,可以保障患者安全,促使患者精神症状得到改善,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore nursing intervention on the impact of mental disorders in traumatic brain injury clinical. Meth- ods 38 cases of craniocerebral trauma accompanied with mental disorders in patients with clinical data were retrospectively ana- lyzed and summarized. Results In 48 cases of cranioeerebral injury patients were early appearance of different mental disorders, including manic samples was performed for 25 patients, depressive manifestations of 9 cases, similar to schizophrenia was per- formed for 3 patients, 11 cases of dementia like symptoms. Conclusion Patients after careful and meticulous care, the symptoms disappeared, cured. By the early treatment and personalized nursing measures, pay attention to predictive nursing care, can ensure the safety of patients, make patients with psychotic symptoms were improved, improve patients＂ quality of life.
