摘要
建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的方法。样品中2,4-二氨基甲苯经沸水提取后,加入NaCl并用二氯甲烷进行液-液萃取,经氮吹浓缩后直接经GC-MS/MS进行定性定量分析。结果表明,标准溶液在0.030~2.00 mg/L范围内,线性良好(r=0.9995);方法检出限为0.2μg/L;平均回收率为93.4%~99.3%;RSD偏差(n=6)为1.9%~2.6%。该方法可用于复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的快速分析。
A method for the determination of 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite laminated food packaging bags was developed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). 2,4-diaminotoluene in samples was extracted with boiling water, and the water was liquid-liquid extracted with dichloromethane after sodium chloride was added. Then the extracted sample solution was concentrated by nitrogen blowing instrument before the qualitative and quantitative analysis by GC-MS/MS. The results showed that the linear range of the standard solution was 0.030 mg/L - 2. O0 mg/L with a good correlation coefficient of 0. 9995, and the detection limit was 0.0002 mg/L. The recoveries were 93.4% - 99.3% and relative standard deviations (RSD) ( n = 6 ) were 1.9% -2. 6%. This method is simple and rapid, and has strong anti-interference capability and good repeatability, which is applicable to the rapid analysis of 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite laminated packaging bags.
