摘要
建立了银杏外种皮中银杏酚酸超临界CO2萃取高效液相色谱的分析方法,使用C18液相色谱柱,以甲醇:水(85:15,V/V)为流动相,在UV310 nm下对其进行了定性定量分析,方法的线性相关系数r=0.99993。加标回收率≥97.5%,RSD小于2%,该方法已用于银杏外种皮中银杏酚酸的萃取检测。
The supercritical CO2 extraction-HPLC determination of ginkgolic acids in the epicarp of ginkgo biloba was established by using a C18 liquid phase chromatographic column, methanol/water (85:15, V/V) as the mobile phase, and UV detection at 310 nm. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 99993. The spike recoveries were≥97.5%. Relative standard deviation(RSD) was 〈 2%. The method is easy operation, high yield,high purification, little environmental pollution, and is readily applicable to extraction detection of ginkgolic acids in epicarp of ginkgo biloba.
