草菇组织分离物的遗传变异研究

摘要 比较分析草菇组织分离物与出发菌株的菌丝生长速度、出菇性状和同工酶酶谱 ,发现两者在出菇性状和酯酶同工酶酶谱方面存在着较为明显的遗传差异。这一研究结果表明 ,采用组织分离进行草菇菌种的提纯、复壮及利用遗传变异的积累选育新菌株 。 The mycelium growth rate, fruiting properties and isoenzyme zymogram of Volvariella volvacea strains and its tissue isolates were analyzed and compared. It was found that the genetic variation of fruiting properties and esterase isoenzyme zymogram between V.volvaces strain and its tissue isolates was significant. This result showed that more attention should be paid to the use of tissue isolates for the purification and rejuvenation of V. volvacea strains and the selection of new strains through the accumulation of genetic variations.
