不同比例平菇废料栽培鸡腿蘑子实体的同工酶分析结果表明 ,6个参试的鸡腿蘑样品过氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶谱差异明显 ,而其酯酶 (EST)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)
Isozyme analysis of Coprinus comatus fruitbodies cultivated on different proportional waste compost of Pleurotus ostreatus was reported in this paper. The results showed that the peroxidase isozyme patterns of six Coprinus comatus samples were significantly different, but its esterase and superoxid dismutase isozyme patterns were basically the same.
