摘要
以白网纹草茎段为外植体 ,在MS +BA 0 5mg/L +NAA 0 1mg/L培养基上可产生大量丛生芽 丛生芽切割后接种到MS +BA 1 0mg/L +NAA 0 1mg/L培养基上 ,30d后增殖系数可达 5 6 在 1/ 4MS +NAA 0 1mg/L培养基上生根效果最好 白网纹草试管苗移栽成活率可达 85%~90 %
Tissue culture and rapid propagation with the stem of Fittonia Verschaffeltii var. Argyroneura were studied. The results showed that lots of cluster shoots were induced in the medium MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L. 30 days after transferred into the medium MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, the cluster shoots multiplied with the coefficient about 5.6. The rooting effects of the seedling were the best in the medium 1/4MS+NAA 0.1mg/L. The survival rate of the test-tube plantlet was up to 85~90 % in the transplanting.
