摘要
为了提高光伏发电效率,降低独立光伏发电系统成本,将强光特性的单晶硅电池和弱光特性的非晶硅电池复合应用在发电系统中。通过对太阳电池的I-V特性分析,构建复合光伏阵列输出功率与辐照强度、温度之间的关系,通过辐射量、日照时数等气象参数对定容量的独立光伏发电系统进行了光伏复合组件的优化研究。
In order to improve the efficiency of PV Generation, reduce the cost of Stand-Alone PV generation system, and achieve composite ap- plications in the power generation system, which combines monocrystalline silicon cells (having glare properties), and amorphous silicon cells (having low-light characteristics). Analyzing the I-V characteristics of solar cells, a relationship will be built between the composite PV array output power and the intensity and temperature of irradiation. So the stand-Alone PV Generation System of fixed capacity can be optimized studied on composite ~oIar PV modules, based on some meteorological parameters such as solar radiation, sunshine hours, etc.
