摘要
本文针对三转子涡扇发动机低压转子进行临界转速计算分析。三转子涡扇发动机低压转子跨距大,支点数目多,工作区间包含临界转速。在利用传递矩阵法进行临界转速估算过程中,分别计算了不同模型,不同支承刚度下转子临界转速。通过对比计算结果差异,得出了转子系统结构模型简化方式及支承刚性对转子临界转速的影响关系。
Critical speed analysis is processed on the LP shaft of a three-shaft turbofan engine. The LP shaft is the longest one in the engine with multiply supporters, and the critical speed is often concerned in working margin. The critical speed of different model with different supporter stiffness is given by transfer matrix method. The influenee of structural simplification on critical speed is shown by the comparison of calculations, also the influence of stiffness.
