摘要
本文主要阐述西门子840D数控系统中的刀库管理功能将刀库进行数据管理,通过NC与PLC进行各类刀具信号的交换与传递,以及相关参数的设置与应用,以PLC程序与NC程序相结合方式实现刀套搜索、刀套定位、机械手抓刀等一系列动作的控制。
This article mainly expounds how to manage the data of tool magazine by use of the library management function in Siemens 84019 nc system. It exchanges and transimits all kinds of signals of tools through the NC and PLC, and related parameters setting and application, achive the purpose to control tool position＇s search and location, robot＇s catching a tool and a series of action by combing with PLC program and NC program.
