基于生态学理论的湖南矿业循环经济生态工业园设计与构建

摘要 本文分析了湖南矿业发展中存在的问题,认为建立矿业循环经济生态工业园是解决经济增长、资源短缺和环境质量恶化的重要举措,并从生态学和循环经济两个方面对矿业循环经济生态产业园的理论基础进行探讨。通过确定关键种企业,发展与之配套的接续企业,不断调整、优化产业结构延伸产品链,形成以基础设施、企业群落和服务支持三大系统为一体的湖南矿业循环经济生态产业园。 This paper analyzes some problems of the mining development in Hunan, holds that constructing eco-lndustria] park of mining recy- cling economy is an important measure to solve economic growth, resource shortage and environmental deterioration, and explores infrastructure of e- co-industrial park of mining recycling economy from ecology and recycling economy. Eco-industria[ park of mining rcc3,c[ing ecnnom3' vclaich consists of infrastructure system, enterprise group system and service support system is constructed in Hunan by determining the keystone species corporation, developing its matching subsequent corporations, constantly adjusting and optimizing industrial structure, and extending product chain.
